At Prestige Window Cleaners, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions.

Window Cleaning

1. Do you clean the frames and sills?

 

Your windows and sills are cleaned on every clean.

 

2. Can you do my gutters?

 

We can clean gutters, fascia, soffits, cladding and conservatory roofs. We can also clear gutters at the customers request.

 

3. What happens if my back gate is locked?

 

We can, if the customer wishes, call them the night before we are due to come. If the customer is happy to leave the gate unlocked, we would then make sure we secured the property before we left.

 

Payment

How do I pay if I’m not in?

 

When cleaning your windows, if you are not in, we will pop a slip through the door notifying you that we have been that day and will call back later to collect payment.
